Our Story
What started as a personal getaway turned into a shared dream — to create a venue that feels easy, unpretentious, and unforgettable. From the beginning, we knew we didn’t want to be just another
cookie-cutter event space.
Over time, we built Shepherd Sanctuary as a place that blends the warmth of Texas hospitality with the creativity of themed spaces, all surrounded by the natural beauty of the woods.
We’ve hosted everything from intimate weddings and music gatherings to yoga retreats and family reunions — and no two events are ever the same.
